Freezer

Vertical model, made of non-toxic white plastic-coated sheet steel or, alternatively, 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out. The corners of the storage chamber are rounded to facilitate cleaning operations, and the bottom is shaped like a basin to contain any liquids Insulation obtained with high-density expanded polyurethane CFC- and HCFC-free N. 4 wheels with brakes. Reversible, insulated hinged door made from the same material (A1SMA plasticized sheet steel in white or 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel) and insulated structure. The door features a replaceable magnetic seal on all 4 sides, guaranteeing a perfectly hermetic seal, and the closing profile is heated to prevent the formation of ice on the seal itself. The handle is integrated into the thickness of the door and does not increase the depth of the appliance. The door is equipped with a self-closing device for openings of less than 90°. A lever switch blocks internal ventilation during opening (to limit cold air dispersion) and activates interior lighting. Racks in non-toxic PP plastic supported by height-adjustable 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel anti-tilt runners. The interior equipment allows great flexibility in terms of composition, with the possibility of combining different racks Dimensions of racks with runners (W x D cm): 51 x 55. Single-bulb interior lighting, located under the control panel, automatically activated by a special switch when the door is opened.

Control panel

Located in the upper part of the structure, it operates by means of a microprocessor with capacitive push-buttons and color display. It monitors all functions. Clear icons and messages enable easy interactivity between the device and the user, for simple programming of all device functions as required, and monitoring of operating status. The main functions of the panel are the high-resolution, backlit TFT LED display, which allows visualization of the unit's operating status (actual temperature, compressor work, defrosting, alarms, etc.) and navigation through the various control menus for both programming and control. Digital temperature setting and display with 0.1°C accuracy. Keyboard with automatic protection lock to prevent tampering by unauthorized persons. Double-level security access, for menu and ON/OFF keys, with individual, customizable and reprogrammable codes. Self-charging back-up battery guarantees control panel autonomy for up to 48 hours in the event of a power failure. The state of charge is always shown on the display for immediate verification.

Deactivation of the acoustic alarm, maintaining visual signaling until the anomaly is cleared, with automatic reactivation if the alarm condition persists. Reactivation delay is programmable via a dedicated menu. Alarm test push-button to check control panel operation, battery charge level and temperature thresholds that activate the alarm. Memory of the last 30 alarm conditions reported (not modifiable), with the possibility of checking the type of alarm on the display and all related information (start and end times, temperature peaks reached where applicable). Refrigeration unit located in the upper part of the structure, with a condensing unit consisting of 1 hermetic compressor and 1 finned condenser of the ventilated type. The finned evaporator package is located on the ceiling of the storage chamber, with copper piping and, to protect it, a stainless steel 18/10 AISI 304 cover incorporating the fan. All components are industrial-grade to guarantee maximum reliability.
